Ryan Baumann

Hi there! I’m Ryan, a founder, thinker, and human who cares about doing things the right way. I’ve started, scaled, and sold multiple ventures, and I spend most of my time now creating software that solves real problems. I’m currently building Sky Schedule, a clean, modern tool built to help flight schools run more smoothly. I didn’t come from a technical background, but I’ve always loved solving problems, learning fast, and bringing ideas to life with clarity and focus.

Outside of business, I’m probably surfing, lifting, or spending time with the people I care about. I believe entrepreneurship is an art form something that mixes instinct, structure, risk, and design. I’m drawn to truth, nature, and the idea that consciousness itself is a gift. I care about growth, both personal and collective. I love working, I love building, and I love facing challenges head on. At the core of everything I do is the belief that real wins come from showing up with integrity and not cutting corners.
